By accessing the dbkk website at dbkk.io, creating a player account, or using any product or service offered by dbkk — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, bingo or any other gaming product — you are entering into a legally binding agreement with dbkk and you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the dbkk platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your account by contacting the support team. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

dbkk reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, the account will be closed immediately, all funds deposited will be returned (net of any winnings accrued during the period of underage use), and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

Each eligible person may hold only one registered account on the dbkk platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, different devices, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, dbkk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all associated bets and bonus credits, and retain any funds that cannot be attributed to a single verified identity.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile phone number. You undertake to keep all registration information up to date. dbkk shall not be held liable for any losses or delays arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

All account balances on the dbkk platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dbkk accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit specified at the platform level; however, individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction limits, which are outside dbkk's control.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to the player's BDT account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. No currency conversion is applied — amounts deposited in BDT are credited as BDT with no exchange-rate spread or hidden conversion fee. From time to time, dbkk may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, or other incentive schemes to new or existing players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the offer at the time of its availability. The general bonus principles set out in this clause apply to all dbkk promotions unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise.

Bonus funds credited to a player's account as part of a promotional offer must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; incomplete wagering will result in the forfeit of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

All betting and gaming activity on the dbkk platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. Cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, bingo products and virtual sports each have their own set of rules governing bet acceptance, settlement, void conditions and dispute resolution. dbkk reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: bets placed after an event has commenced where pre-match odds were applied in error, bets placed on markets where the odds were published due to a manifest pricing error, and bets placed by players in breach of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the stake amount will be returned to the player's BDT account balance. Winnings associated with a voided bet will not be paid.

In live in-play betting markets — including cricket in-play markets covering BPL fixtures, IPL matches, T20 World Cup games and Bangladesh Tigers international series — there may be a short delay between events occurring on the field and their reflection in the available in-play markets. Bets accepted during this delay period will be settled based on the rules published for the relevant market. dbkk accepts no liability for bets placed during known or unknown data feed delays.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• All odds are displayed and settled in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbkk platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in legal action being pursued where applicable law permits:

• Opening or operating more than one dbkk account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent identity verification process.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, scripts or any automated system to interact with the dbkk platform in any way, including for the purposes of placing bets, playing games, or harvesting data.
